Viewing Patient Records
It is important that every piece of data collected on the Palm can be seen by the
user. Below is the interface which allows the user to view this information. The
selected patient is "Paul Abbott". All of the forms containing Paul's data are
listed on the left side of the screen. By clicking on these forms, users can see
how Paul and his health care providers responded to the questionnaires on the Palm.
